All orders will be processed and dispatched according to the timeline and method specified in this policy.

 

2. DISPATCH TIMELINE

2.1 Standard Dispatch: 3 Working Days

 

       All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment is received and processed

       This timeline begins from the date payment is confirmed

       Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays

       The 3-day timeline includes order verification, packing, and preparation for dispatch

 

Example: If payment is confirmed on Monday, your order will be dispatched by Thursday (excluding weekends).

 

2.2 Shipping Method Confirmation

After your order is placed and payment is received:

 

       We will call you within 24 hours of payment confirmation

       We will confirm the shipping method you prefer

       Contact will be made via the phone number provided at checkout

       If you are unavailable, we will attempt to reach you again

 

2.3 Delay in Communication by Customer

IMPORTANT: If you do not respond within a reasonable time regarding your shipping preference:

 

       Any additional days due to your delayed response will NOT be counted toward our 3-day dispatch guarantee

       The responsibility for delays is on you, not on SEHGALL Wholesale

       Once you confirm your shipping method, the 3-day dispatch timeline resumes

       We recommend responding to our call promptly to avoid order delays

 

EXAMPLE: If we call on Day 1, and you confirm shipping method on Day 4, your order will be dispatched by Day 7 (3 days from Day 4). The delay is your responsibility, not ours.

Courier charges are calculated based on weight, dimension, and destination

 

3.2 OPTION 2: TRANSPORT / BULK SHIPMENT

 

Description:

Orders are shipped via goods transport or commercial logistics for bulk quantities

 

Advantages:

       Most cost-effective for large bulk orders

       Ideal for orders exceeding 100 pieces or 50kg

       Direct pickup from transport agency at destination

       Significant cost savings vs. courier

       Tracking available

 

Timeline:

Typically 3-10 days depending on destination within India

 

Cost:

Fully paid by customer (prepaid)

Transport charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and transport partner rates

 

3.3 OPTION 3: STORE PICKUP

 

Description:

Orders can be picked up directly from our factory/warehouse location

       NO SHIPPING COST - Completely free

       Fastest option - pickup immediately after dispatch

       Inspect products before leaving

       Ideal for Delhi-NCR region customers

Timeline:

Ready for pickup within 3 working days of payment

 

Cost:

FREE - No shipping charges

Customer is responsible for transportation from our facility

 

Pickup Procedure:

       Contact us to schedule pickup within 3 days of dispatch readiness

       Bring valid ID and order confirmation

       Inspect products upon pickup

       Sign delivery confirmation

       Business hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (IST)

 

4. SHIPPING COST - PAID BY CUSTOMER

4.1 Shipping Charges

 

       ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE FULLY BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER

       Shipping charges are separate from product cost

       Charges are prepaid and non-refundable

       No hidden charges - all costs disclosed before payment

 

4.2 How Shipping Charges Are Calculated

7.3 Store Pickup Timeline

 

       Ready within 3 working days of payment

       Pickup must happen within 7 days of readiness

       Extended storage available on request

 

8. TRACKING & UPDATES

 

       Tracking ID/AWB provided for Courier and Transport shipments

       Real-time tracking available on courier partner websites

       WhatsApp/email updates sent after dispatch

       Delivery confirmation sent once order arrives

       SMS/WhatsApp alerts on dispatch and delivery

 

9. SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS

 

       National holidays extend dispatch timeline

       Example: If order placed before Diwali, dispatch may be within 3 working days after holiday

       Festive season orders may take longer due to high volume

       We will communicate delays via WhatsApp

 

10. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

10.3 Customer Responsibility

       Report damage/defects within 48 hours

 

11. DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT

 

       If products arrive damaged:

       2. Provide photographic evidence of damage

       3. Keep original packaging

       4. Submit claim with tracking number

       5. SEHGALL will file claim with logistics partner

       6. Refund/replacement issued once claim is settled

12. LOST PACKAGES

If a package is lost in transit:

 

       Report to SEHGALL within 5 working days

       Provide tracking number and order details

       We will file claim with logistics partner

       Compensation (if available) will be provided by logistics company

       We will assist in claim filing but are not liable for the loss

13. ADDRESS CHANGES

Before Dispatch:

 

       Address changes allowed within 24 hours of order placement

       Contact us via WhatsApp immediately

       No additional cost if address change is within shipping coverage

 

After Dispatch:

 

       Changes may not be possible if already with logistics partner

       Additional diversion charges may apply

       Contact courier/transport immediately with tracking number
