RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

SEHGALL Wholesale is a B2B wholesale manufacturer and supplier of women's western wear. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to clearly outline the terms and conditions under which orders are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all bulk orders placed through our website (www.sehgall.in), WhatsApp, email, and direct communication.

 

2. NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH SEHGALL WHOLESALE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Once an order is placed and confirmed:

 

       No returns will be accepted under any circumstance

       No refunds will be issued for any reason

       No exchanges will be provided

       No cancellations will be allowed once payment is received

 

This is a fixed policy for all B2B wholesale customers and cannot be waived or modified under any circumstances.

 

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Before placing an order, customers must:

 

       Verify all product details (name, style, color, size, quantity)

       Check minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements (minimum 8 pieces per style)

       Confirm pricing and total order value

       Verify shipping address and contact information

       Review and accept all terms of this Return and Refund Policy

 

Once payment is confirmed and processed, the order is final. No modifications, cancellations, or refunds are possible.

 

4. PAYMENT TERMS

 

       We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, and secure payment gateways

       Payment must be made in full before processing the order

       Once payment is received, the order is locked and cannot be cancelled

       All transactions are prepaid and non-refundable

 

5. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE

 

       Processing Time: All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3 working days

       Shipping: Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location within India

       Tracking: You will receive shipping details and tracking information via email/WhatsApp

       Delays: In rare cases of logistical issues, please contact us for updates

 

Note: The 3 working days timeline excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Weekends and holidays are not counted as working days.

 

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

While we maintain strict quality control, in the rare event that products arrive damaged or defective:

 

       You must report the damage/defect within 48 hours of delivery

       Provide photographic evidence of the damage/defect

       We will investigate and provide replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund

       Claims not reported within 48 hours will not be entertained

 

Note: Damage claims must be genuine manufacturing or packaging defects. Damage caused by improper handling during shipping or storage by the buyer is not covered.

 

7. QUALITY ASSURANCE

       Products are inspected before dispatch

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

       Cancellation After Payment: No cancellations are allowed once payment is received and processed

9. NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

If you refuse to accept delivery or are unable to receive the order:

 

       The products will be returned to our facility

       Return shipping charges will be deducted from your payment

       Any refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs

       This is not considered a standard return; charges will apply

 

10. LOSS OR THEFT IN TRANSIT

SEHGALL Wholesale uses reliable logistics partners to ship orders. However:

 

       If a package is lost during shipping, contact us with tracking details within 5 working days

       We will file a claim with the logistics partner

       Compensation, if any, will be determined by the logistics partner's insurance

       This is NOT a refund; it is a logistics claim

 

11. FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products sold by SEHGALL Wholesale are considered FINAL SALE items. This means:

 

       No returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason

       Once received, products cannot be sent back

       Changes in mind, wrong size, wrong color, or preference do not qualify for refunds

       This applies to all products regardless of price or order quantity
