IMPORTANT TERMS
1. FINAL SALE POLICY
All products sold by SEHGALL Wholesale are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
2. PREPAID ORDERS ONLY
Full payment must be made before order processing. Once payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Minimum 8 pieces per style is required. Orders below MOQ will not be processed.
4. DISPATCH TIMELINE
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and national holidays).
5. SHIPPING
Shipping costs are fully paid by the customer and are prepaid with the order. Three shipping options available: Courier, Transport, or Store Pickup.
6. DAMAGED GOODS
Claims for damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
